When existing space became available in a prime downtown location, a Cincinnati-based software provider tapped Hixson to be the architect of record to transform it into a new, hybrid headquarters facility. This 40,000 SF renovation incorporated a range of solutions tailored to support diverse in-office requirements, including individual workstations, large and small collaboration areas, a customer experience suite, and assembly space with a capacity for up to 500 people that can be used for both internal and community events. In fact, the new space provides individual departments or other groups working in office the flexibility to assign seating near collaboration spaces to allow for both focused work and meetings.
