Hixson Volunteers at Cincinnati Recycling and Reuse Hub

Last weekend, nine Hixson associates and family members volunteered at The Cincinnati Recycling and Reuse Hub’s annual Take Away event. This event invites the public to choose from a variety of materials – such as design samples/swatches, carpet books, fabrics, laminates, wall covering books/samples, bricks/tiles, school supplies, and empty product binders – all collected by the Hub and saved from heading to the landfill. The Hixson team contributed by cleaning and organizing materials, weighing selected items, and performing other essential tasks.

Participating in The Cincinnati Recycling and Reuse Hub’s Take Away event reflects Hixson’s commitment to serving the communities where we live and work. Learn more about this commitment here.
