New Maple Leaf Foods Facility Featured

Recently, the all-new fresh poultry facility for Maple Leaf Foods in London, Ontario was featured in a story by the London Free Press! As previously announced, Hixson is the A/E of record for the $772MM, 640,000 SF facility. Leading-edge food safety, environmental, and animal welfare processes and technologies have been designed into the facility, which is expected to be one of the most technologically advanced poultry-processing plants in the world when production begins later this year.
