My name is Greg Hammond and I’m the President and CEO of Hixson Architecture, Engineering and Interiors. Our culture here is different and it’s different by design. Every decision we make and every action that we take is guided by our strategic vision, of having a great place to work through three core values. The first, is to be an employer of choice.
We want our associates to spend their careers with us, which means providing an inclusive, collaborative and supportive environment, where people want to be. Every year, Hixson contributes at least 1. 5% of our gross revenue to community and industry projects. And our associates donate their time, talent and resources to a range of worthy initiatives. Management by values is much more than a leadership approach. At Hixson, it’s a reflection of everything we believe in and a foundation for our continued success.
