Eurofins Genomics

Eurofins Genomics, a division of global analytical testing leader Eurofins Scientific, selected Hixson to design and engineer a new, 72,000 SF greenfield facility in Louisville, Kentucky. This $40+ million, two-story facility contains multiple labs, including areas for Synthesis, Applied Genomics, and Sequencing, and has separated cGMP and RUO workstreams.  Also included are modern, employee-centric amenities such as a cafeteria, fitness center, recreation space, and collaborative meeting areas. In addition, the design incorporated civil elements such as a bulk tank storage farm, partially covered and screened dock spaces, and employee parking..
