Hixson Volunteers: Special Olympics Track & Field Day
This past Saturday, Hixson associates and a few family members were proud to volunteer with our friends at Special Olympics of Ohio at their Southwest Ohio Regional Spring Games! Nearly 300 athletes participated in events such as relays, long jump, shot put, and more. The Hixson volunteers were on hand to assist with a number of tasks, including escorting athletes to their events and to award ceremonies, handing out awards to athletes, working at the registration desk, and distributing snacks/drinks.
