Construction Administration at Work

Hixson’s in-house Construction Administrators spend a significant amount of time on client project sites, serving as the eyes and ears of the project team during construction. Their role goes far beyond simply verifying that work is being completed according to the Construction Documents (CDs): They document site conditions, track progress, review requested changes, and help identify potential issues before they become costly problems. Along the way, they also capture hundreds of photos that provide valuable project documentation and insight for the entire team.
