Building Camaraderie: One Frame at a Time

This winter, Hixson associates stepped away from their desks one evening a week to lace up bowling shoes and enjoy some friendly competition as part of a seasonal bowling league. What started as a fun way to unwind quickly became a weekly opportunity to connect, cheer each other on, and share a few laughs outside the office.

Whether rolling strikes or just enjoying the company, the league was a reminder that building strong working relationships doesn’t only happen during projects and meetings.
