Survey Says: The Annual Hixson Associate Survey

Since 1998, Hixson has invited our associates to participate in an annual survey. This initiative is more than a measure of satisfaction and engagement; it’s a shared opportunity to shape our workplace together.

We’re excited to announce that in 2025, every eligible associate participated…a virtually unheard-of level of engagement for a survey! Among the categories of data collected, some that rose to the top this year (as in most years) included workplace pride, work/life balance, talent development, and engaging work.

Feedback from the survey will drive meaningful improvements across teams and inform decisions at every level of the organization.
