Hixson Welcomes Beth Thress

Hixson is pleased to welcome Beth Thress to our firm! In her role as Director of Talent Development, Beth will be responsible for creating and maintaining performance management and talent development strategies, serving as a resource for performance management and employee relations, overseeing Hixson’s onboarding Ambassador program, and other tasks that help Hixson maintain an employee-focused, high-performance culture. A resident of Anderson Township, Ohio, Beth holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Cincinnati.
