Over the course of our 75 years in business, this guiding philosophy has meant that Hixson has:

• Earned a well-established reputation for not only hiring smart, capable associates, but keeping them too. Our average tenure is 10+ years, and many associates have been here for 20 or 30 years (or more!).
• Developed a strong, internal system for growing our associates’ knowledge and careers. In fact, Hixson invests more than 3,000 hours annually to professional development!
• Been committed to our associates. Hixson does not lay our people off during challenging times…this is our Continuous Employment commitment. Instead, because we know that downturns will eventually swing the other direction, we are able to retain our associates and their strong knowledge base and experience.
